Not required. As long as we have access to the property (like a lockbox or key), we're happy to shoot unsupervised. Many agents prefer to leave the property to us or arrive when the agent on-camera video portion of the shoot begins.

Prime listing days fill up quickly, especially during peak seasons, so we recommend booking as early as possible.

Can I reschedule if weather is bad?

Yes. Exterior and aerial work are weather-dependent. We'll help you move the appointment at no extra charge when conditions aren't right.

Travel fees are applied when you select your shoot date. Our portal automatically calculates the fee based on your property's address, and we charge the current government mileage rate.

Strategy plays a big role in everything we create. From hooks and messaging to positioning and content structure, we make sure your video doesn't just look good, it actually performs.

What is your turnaround time on media?

Photos are typically delivered within 24 hours. Additional media is delivered shortly thereafter, and video or larger packages may take a bit longer, up to 4 to 5 days.

How do I receive my media?

You'll be able to download and access your media through your Blockhouse Media Portal. Images are resized and optimized for the MLS, and you'll also receive full-resolution images to use for social media and other marketing assets.

Yes! Content is delivered ready for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

How will I know when my files are ready?

Are BlockHouse Media's photographers FAA licensed?

Yes, we are FAA Part 107 licensed. That means our pilots passed the FAA's official test and are legally allowed to fly drones for business. It ensures your shoot is fully compliant, safe, and insured, protecting you and your listing from unnecessary liability. Did you know? Hiring an unlicensed drone operator can expose you and your brokerage to liability, monetary fines, and reputational risk if anything goes wrong during the flight or the FAA is notified. Working with a licensed pilot protects your business as much as ours.

What areas can't be flown due to FAA restrictions?

What weather conditions cancel a drone flight?

High wind, precipitation, low visibility, or unsafe conditions mean we reschedule aerials. Ground photography can often still proceed.

What's your cancellation policy?

Reschedules are flexible when given reasonable notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee, depending on the situation. This fee will need to be paid prior to completion of future shoots.

Can my brokerage be invoiced?

Yes! Your booking portal allows a brokerage media manager or assistant to access your account and provide payment on your behalf. We also offer custom billing cycles depending on shoot volume, reach out for more details.
